Our Groups are run by an NAACP "Parent Council" Member within your children's school to address needs, implement change and to uplift minority children's educational journey and their future. We are open to everyone's support and participation. Our FOUNDING CHAPTER is "Washington Grove Elementary School" in Gaithersburg MD and is overseen by Dr. Malcolm D. Alexander.  Alexander is also the Founder of this "Our Colors Count Diversity Group" concept and an International Business Owner and Entrepreneur & Chaplin.
